In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

cc7v reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such a decision.

All financial transactions on cc7v are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). cc7v accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following conditions apply to all cc7v financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your cc7v peso wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Typical processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya deposits are generally credited within minutes of confirmation.

The following general conditions apply to all cc7v bonuses:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during account registration, identity verification, or at any other point during your use of cc7v.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the cc7v house edge.
• Colluding with other players in any game — including but not limited to sharing hand information in live card games, coordinating bet timing in crash games, or operating collusive accounts in any other format.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financially motivated abuse of cc7v's payment, bonus, or account systems.
• Accessing cc7v from a jurisdiction where your use of the platform would constitute a violation of applicable local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with cc7v's platform infrastructure, game software, or security systems.

All intellectual property rights in and to the cc7v platform — including but not limited to the cc7v brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to cc7v and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cc7v platform solely for your personal recreational gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any cc7v content without express written consent from cc7v.
• Use the cc7v brand name, logo, or any other cc7v intellectual property in any commercial context, including social media advertising, affiliate marketing not authorized by cc7v, or any other promotional activity.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any cc7v software or proprietary technology.

Any unauthorized use of cc7v intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cc7v's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the cc7v platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their cc7v account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cc7v expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside cc7v's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Losses arising from a player's participation in games while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement that the player violated.
• Gambling losses generally — by participating in real-money games on cc7v, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome of gaming activity.

cc7v is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a response to stress, or an activity pursued under compulsion. cc7v provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Player-initiated account closure request.

Upon account closure in circumstances not attributable to a player's breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to cc7v's standard verification procedures. Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play are non-refundable upon account closure in all circumstances.

cc7v reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the cc7v platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
